5. Flexibility to work with different countries (time-zones), groups, and business environ-ment
6. Ability to work as part of a team
7. Proficiency in MS Excel and Visual Basic, hands on capabilities in database applications (Access, SQL)

9. Engineering background preferred
10. Experience in KPO and analytics company desirable

Job Description:

1. Build models and tools for enhancing sales force effectiveness
2. Examples of models and tools:Sales analysis tool,Payout curve simulation/model,Incentive budget tracker,KPI trackers
3. Build visual-basic interface for various analytic tools
4. Build strategic and operational incentive plan models and tools
5. Design and implement reports
6. Configure data and business logic
7. Process country specific sales data
8. Produce and verify accuracy of reports
9. Implement and process verification procedures
10. Fulfill customer requests for information and ad-hoc analysis
11. Add value by implementing innovative solutions
12. Provide consulting on the effectiveness of the incentive schemes
13. Modeling new incentive schemes
